Consultation Preparation & Requirements

Virtual Consultation

1. In order to help our providers perform a more accurate assessment before the consultation, you will be asked to submit clear photos of the treatment area before the appointment. For best results, please follow these directions:

  • Take photos in bright, natural lighting or in a well-lit room. Avoid dim lighting, colored lighting, and heavy shadows.
  • Do not use filters, beauty mode, portrait mode, or edit the images in any way.
  • Use a plain background whenever possible.
  • Ensure the entire treatment area is clearly visible and in focus.
  • Hold the camera at eye level and avoid tilting it.
  • For facial concerns, please submit:
  • One front-facing photo
  • One left profile
  • One right profile
  • One 45-degree angle from each side (if applicable)
  • Remove makeup (if applicable) and keep hair pulled away from the face.
  • For body concerns, include both close-up and wider photos that clearly show the treatment area.
  • Wear appropriate clothing that allows the treatment area to be fully visible while maintaining your privacy.

2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and are in a quiet, private environment.

3. Prepare a list of concerns, questions, current skincare products, medications, and relevant medical history.

4. Be ready to discuss previous treatments or procedures.

In-Clinic Consultation

1. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

2. Come with clean skin where applicable (no makeup on treatment areas if possible).

3. Bring a list of current medications, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments.

4. Be prepared to discuss goals, expectations, and medical history.
